PIONEER! O PIONEER!

Pioneer! O Pioneer! was recorded at Limelight Studio in Dickinson, Texas by Don Westmoreland. We recorded most of the songs between October, 2004 and March, 2005. The title song is a song derived from the great Walt Whitman poem, “Pioneers! O Pioneers!” which is but one of the hundreds of inspirational poems in his masterpiece, Leaves of Grass. Darryl John sings “North to Alaska.”
